Young Carers Project
Ages: 9 - 18
Hertfordshire Young Carers Project provides help, support,
information and an annual programme of free trips and activities
for young carers, to give them ‘time out’ from their caring
role.
The opportunity to meet with other young people in similar
situations
and to have fun. Trips and activities are free to young carers
registered with the Project.
We are a county wide project and meet according to the annual
programme of activities.
