Youth Enquiry and Information Service

Youth Service staff are able to support, direct and research information for and with young people aged 13-19 years on a range of issues from opening a bank account through to relationships and education or training.

They are able to refer young people onto a range of agencies including Connexions, Herts Young Homeless Group and for counselling.

The Youth Service also work in close partnership with the NHS and Police in running 'Bodyzone' on Monday afternoons which focuses on young people's health and wellbeing. The YEIS is also a registration and distribution point for the C-Card scheme, where young people can gain advice and information about sexual health.
